Hi, I've been trying anything and everything for a couple days now to get my box working again. I just moved, the box was working fine before I moved. I plugged it in, and now I'm getting this message at my new address. I moved to a different province. So I purchased Donation code... did everything it said and still nothing. The donation code for user and pass, doesn't work. I've done MAC reset, IPTV reset... tried numerous attempts at the URL... I have no idea. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
All MAC Address are locked automatically to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) detected at the first login, if you switch to a different provider or have any problem with the IPTV service try doing an IPTV reset and requesting support in the forum:
